Rain Policy

The decision to play on the courts is made at the discretion of the customer, however if the courts are unplayable due to heavy rain or standing water, we can refund or reschedule your reservation within 1 month, subject to court availability.

To request refund / rescheduling:

  1. Contact us within 1 week of the affected reservation time hello@padelshift.com
  2. Provide booking details for verification

Refunds or rescheduling won't be available if:

  1. More than 50% of the reserved time has been played
  2. Customer fails to inform Padel Shift within 1 week of the affected reservation time

We aim to be fair and transparent with our rain policy and will do our utmost to get you back on court despite the best efforts of the British weather.
