Court closure decision

The decision to close the courts due to rain will be made at the discretion of Padel Shift management, or the Padel Shift supervisor on duty for safety and court integrity reasons.

Customer notification

Customers will be promptly notified via email if the decision to close the courts has been made

Refund/rescheduling options

If courts are closed due to rain

  1. Customers will receive a full refund (if requested within 1 week from the affected reservation date)
  2. Alternatively, we will reschedule their reservation within 1 month, subject to availability
Refund claim process

To claim a refund or request rescheduling:

  1. Contact customer support with 1 week of the affected reservation time hello@padelshift.com
  2. Provide booking details for verification
Non-refundable circmstances

Refunds or rescheduling won't be available if:

  1. A significant portion of the reserved time has been played
  2. Customer fails to inform Padel Shift within 1 week of the affected reservation time
  3. Court closure results from factors other than rain

We aim to be fair and transparent with our rain policy. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to customers.
