Court closure decision

The decision to close the courts due to rain will be made at the discretion of Padel Shift management, or the Padel Shift supervisor on duty for safety and court integrity reasons.

Customer notification

Customers will be promptly notified via email if the decision to close the courts has been made.

Refund/rescheduling options

If courts are closed due to rain... a. Customers will receive a full refund if requested within 1 month from the affected reservation date. b. Alternatively, Padel Shift will reschedule their reservation within 1 month, subject to availability.

Refund claim process

To claim a refund or request rescheduling: a. Contact customer support within 1 month of the affected reservation time. b. Provide booking details for verification.

Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds or rescheduling won't be available if: a. A significant portion of the reserved time has been played. b. Customer fails to inform Padel Shift within 1 month of the affected reservation time. c. Court closure results from factors other than rain.

We aim to be fair and transparent with our rain policy. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to customers.
