Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Fees are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times in UK 2–4 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the courier service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition you bought it in. The following items are not eligible for return gift cards, downloadable digital products, customised items, used or worn items, kid camps or coaching tickets.
Once your item is received, we'll notify you of approval of rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original pay method within 5 - 10 business days.
We do not refund shipping fees and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect) We recommend using a tracked service for your return.
