With expert coaching and a great atmosphere, your kid will stay engaged, make friends, and develop new skills, all while having a great time!

Led by our experienced, DBS-checked coaches, sessions are designed specifically for juniors—combining skill-building exercises with exciting drills and match play.

Whether your child has never played before or already loves racket sports, our junior programmes are the perfect introduction. Our camps are open to all levels – beginners welcome!

Spaces are limited and filling quickly – we’d love to see your kids on court this summer.

Kids camps

We run our Big Hitter Camps in all school holidays. The camps focus on physical, tactical and technical aspects of the game in a fun and engaging environment.

How old does my kid need to be to play padel?

Padel is a great family activity and kids as young as 5 or 6 can give it a go with a little guidance! With a shorter racket and relatively simple techniques, children can progress really quickly.  At our venues, all ages can play at Elkstone Studios, however, we can only have over-12s at Daylesford as we are on the site of The Club by Bamford.

Do they need to have played padel before?

Absolutely not, we welcome complete beginners into our programme and you won't be alone. The number of juniors playing padel in the UK at the moment is relatively low and we are keen to do something about that!

What should they wear?

We recommend layers and weather appropriate activewear.  In terms of shoes, clean, non-marking trainers will suffice; however, the surface of the court is an artificial turf and can be slightly slippy in wet weather so we would recommend a supportive shoe. A padel specific or tennis (clay court or all surface) shoe with a herringbone sole pattern would be the best long-term choice for stability.

Can they borrow equipment?

Our coaching programme and supervised play sessions will have rackets and balls included.  If you are booking a court and coming to play outside of the programme, parents can hire rackets and buy balls from the vending machines at the site using the LOVA app.

Are your coaches DBS checked?

Yes, all of our coaches have an up to date DBS certificate.
